Silicon powder fired under nitrogen turns into β-Si₃N₄ whiskers that grow between the silicon carbide grains and lock them. Not a glue between particles — a second ceramic phase woven into the first. 硅粉在氮气中反应,生成 β-氮化硅晶须,从碳化硅颗粒之间长出来,把骨料锁死。它不是颗粒之间的粘结剂,而是长进第一相里的第二相陶瓷。

A conventional bond is a binder poured between grains. Nitriding is different: the silicon is already in the mix, and under nitrogen it becomes needle-like crystals that push out through the gaps and interlock. The strength is not at the joints. There are no joints. 常规的结合方式,是把粘结剂灌进颗粒之间。氮化不一样:硅本来就在配料里,在氮气中变成针状晶体,从缝隙里顶出来,彼此咬合。强度不在接缝上——因为根本没有接缝。

The 2009 process was not licensed in. It came out of more than a year of trials with university and institute researchers, and it closed a gap in domestic production technology. The alumina powder comes from Zibo itself. Nothing about this company was bought and bolted on. 2009 年那套工艺不是买来的。它来自与高校、研究院一年多的联合试验,填补了国内该项生产技术的空白。氧化铝粉体就产自淄博本地。这家企业身上,没有一样东西是买来装上去的。
